Crescent Prevention Summit

On Wednesday May 30th, 2018, Crescent United Coalition hosted nationally acclaimed motivational speaker Scott Backovich and  a trio of workshops for students in a dynamic one day event. The day was kicked off with a High School and Middle School Assembly with Scott Backovich , and then middle school students moved into a circuit of short workshops with our guest speaker and visiting staff from surrounding Olympic ESD schools. The workshops covered Leadership skills for Middle School students with Scott Backovich, Mindfulness and Yoga Calm, and Suicide Prevention/Awareness for students using the SOS Program.
